VT-LTR 13V

VITEK Industrial Video Products Inc. introduced the VT-LTR13V, a laser optical video transmission system specifically designed for elevator CCTV surveillance applications. Because it transmits DVD-quality video using an optical laser, cabling complexity, installation costs, and maintenance issues are drastically reduced, according to VITEK. With a much longer lifespan than traditional “moving coaxial cable” video transmission systems, the elevator’s operation, security and safety also are increased, the company said.
