ISC Solutions booth 1500 - Speco Technologies announced the immediate availability of the new CS DVR, a product that joins the RS as the second product introduction from Speco Technologies’ S-Series of DVRs. Speco Technologies said the CS DVR has a compact and stylish design, yet features advanced analytics — such as museum search — and Digital Deterrent™ with two-way audio. The CS features an intuitive and simple graphical user interface for easy setup and installation, and offers superior image quality with outstanding functionality, according to the company.

The CS is a H.264 multi-channel DVR with Digital Deterrent™ and CIF real-time recording that coordinates with date/time, calendar, event, motion/museum and text-in search. The unit features a user-friendly front-button display, IR remote controller, remote keyboard and simple point-and-click operation of detailed features. The CS includes Mac & PC compatibility software and can send text message alerts of system activity and status. This unit is remote upgradeable, which allows installers to keep customers current with the latest features and updates from Speco, without the cost of a service call.

The CS DVR is available in 4, 8 and 16 channels with hard drive storage capacity ranging from 500GB to 2TB and offers a three-year warranty. Remotely view on iPhone®, Blackberry® or Droid, with free iPhone app available from iTunes.  

The CS Series DVR features EZ Setup Wizards. This feature allows an installer to open a wizard to walk through all of the steps for a successful connection to the Internet. One-click wizard guides technicians to set up essentials of the system in a logical and easy-to-understand sequence.
