Tri-Ed / Northern Video Distribution Adds S2 Security to Its IP Arsenal

Tri-Ed / Northern Video Distribution welcomed S2 Security Corp., a provider of IP-based integrated physical security systems, as a new vendor partner. S2’s Pronto access control line is now available at all Tri-Ed / Northern Video U.S. locations, as well as via online ordering.

The S2 Pronto and S2 Pronto VR edition are complete, high-performance security management appliances designed for small to mid-sized commercial and high-end residential applications, according to a prepared announcement by Tri-Ed / Northern Video. S2’s advanced, open platform is coupled with innovative application software and its systems support access control, alarm monitoring, temperature monitoring, and video surveillance. S2’s network appliances require only a Web browser to use and offer cost-effective security for applications of any size, the company said, adding that the systems are “perfect solutions for dealers looking to expand their portfolio of access control products with monitoring and video management options that are easy to install and configure, and for customers who want powerful, feature-rich systems that are intuitive to operate and easy to maintain.”
