Security systems and integration provider S1 Corporation, Seoul, South Korea, and physical security information management (PSIM) software provider VidSys, Vienna, Va., have formed a strategic partnership agreement, which the two announced at ISC West.

S1, an affiliate of Samsung Group, is adopting VidSys as its exclusive go-to-market PSIM platform for security integration and critical infrastructure in support of key projects around the world.

Under the agreement, S1 and VidSys will provide customers with security and information management solutions designed to address the growing global demand for risk-based security and safety solutions, while also improving corporate and government compliance, policies and standards. Initial partnership activities include establishing a PSIM demonstration, test and training center at S1’s corporate headquarters in South Korea, as well as offering a comprehensive PSIM solution to corporate facilities, critical infrastructure sites and safe city programs in several key regions.
