Prism 1.2, the newest version of VMS by Lenel Systems International Inc., offers performance enhancements and increased functionality designed to make it an ideal VMS for demanding video environments. Built using the latest IT and video surveillance industry standards, Prism offers a fully integrated video and access environment when paired with Lenel’s OnGuard platform. It also provides a single user interface to event, alarm monitoring and system administration functions, and can be installed as a standalone VMS. New features in Prism 1.2 include an embedded video matrix ideal for command center operations; support for Lenel NVR 7.1, delivering quicker video retrieval, and for more than 500 camera models; and automated video triggers for OnGuard alarms. Advanced and intuitive forensics tools allow synchronized video playback, and event-based and time-lapse video browsing. Evidence Locker consolidates multiple data sources for managing and reporting incidents; Event Storyboard sequentially maps incidents; and Filmstrip is a mode to find missing or added objects in continuous recorded video.
