Doyle Security Systems, a provider of alarm systems and monitoring services, appointed Susan L. Kelley to serve as CFO. Kelley replaced the company’s previous CFO, James B. Quirin, who retired from the position after more than 40 years with the company. Quirin will continue to work with Doyle Security as a consultant for mergers and acquisitions.

Kelley brings 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience to her new position, which includes serving the three previous years as Doyle Security’s controller, and prior to that as the CFO at Kenneth Crosby Companies.

Doyle Security’s President John G. Doyle said, “We are extremely pleased to have Sue join our executive leadership team and to serve as CFO. Her impressive knowledge and experience in financial management will be very valuable as we continue to grow our company and deliver peace of mind to our customers.”

Sara Chaudari, a Doyle Security employee of eight years, has been promoted to replace Kelley as controller.
