Toshiba Surveillance and IP Video Products launched its Percept line of cloud-based network video recorders. Designed for video surveillance, Percept NVRs record locally while leveraging the benefits of Toshiba Surveillix Web Services to provide end users with cutting-edge solutions that streamline operations and add value across their entire organization. Video clips can be easily exported to the cloud where they can be remotely viewed, searched, downloaded and shared with colleagues or law enforcement.While Percept recorders can function as traditional stand-alone NVRs, they were purposely built to leverage the power of the cloud. Percept E-Series recorders locally store up to 96TB of video. Percept M-Series recorders are for small- to mid-sized applications with a maximum of 32 channels of IP video and 24TB of local video storage.
