Red Hawk Acquires BVI Inc.
Red Hawk Industries, Greenwood Village, Colo., has completed its 13th acquisition by acquiring 100 percent of the stock of BVI Inc., a Pennsylvania-based security systems integrator.
Red Hawk operates in 23 states from 17 regional offices and services over 3,500 customers.
