SDM Contributing Editor to Present Network Training at NSCA 2004
With the use of network devices increasing in the electronic security industry, Dave Engebretson, contributing technology editor for SDM, will be presenting the two-day “Security Networking Institute†at the NSCA Pre-Expo on March 16th and 17th in Las Vegas.
This is a comprehensive training program for salespeople and technicians covering the basics of networking, Ethernet, the Internet, and how these technologies can be readily used for communication of video images, access control information, and other signals. Students will connect and program UTP, Ethernet, fiber, and Wi-Fi cameras and transmission equipment.
