UL Listing for Digital Cellular Alarm System

The first Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listings in the security industry for any digital cellular alarm system has been achieved by Telular Corp., for its Telguard Digital models TG-7 and TG-8 for commercial fire and burglary alarm communications. Using patented technology, the systems transmit alarm signals to monitoring stations over next-generation GSM digital cellular networks.

Telguard Digital is UL-approved for alarm communications in all residential and commercial burglary systems. Two models have achieved UL grade A burglary and UL bank, safe and vault listings, making them suitable for commercial burglary applications. All digital models are UL-approved for primary alarm communications on residential fire systems and secondary on commercial fire systems.
