Honeywell has released LYNXR. The integrated wireless design provides the ultimate installation flexibility for every job, as well as adding significant end-user appeal and value. The new voice prompt programming feature walks installers through the process and provides voice confirmation every step of the way, letting them install the system with little or no training. LYNXR also includes the regular programming mode. Other highlights include lack of usage notification, which notifies the central station if the homeowner is not using their system, a “Follow Me” feature that alerts homeowners to alarms, important reminders (i.e. taking medicine, etc.) and appointments, a voice prompt clock setting, an enhanced message center, and additional voice descriptors.
