ABCO Fire Protection, Cleveland, Ohio, has purchased all the assets of Trico Security Inc. in Broadview Heights, Ohio, a commercial security integrator in N.E. Ohio specializing in card access and IP video systems for national and international corporations.
Future Fibre Technologies Limited (FFT), a global provider of fiber optic perimeter intrusion detection systems, has announced it intends to make an off-market takeover bid for all of the shares it does not hold in ASX listed security company MaxSec Group Limited. FFT currently holds 65,000,000 MaxSec shares (or approximately 13.7 percent). The board of MaxSec has indicated it currently intends to recommend the offer, in the absence of a superior proposal.
Delta Electronics Inc., a global provider of power and thermal management solutions, announced its board of directors has approved a proposal for a cash tender offer to acquire approximately 35 percent to 55 percent of the outstanding common shares of VIVOTEK Inc.
ADT, provider of security and automation solutions for homes and businesses in North America, has completed the purchase of substantially all the assets and business of Protec Inc., a commercial security systems integrators in the Pacific Northwest. The transaction closed on July 31, 2017.
ADS Security, a regional electronic security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., and ranked No. 20 on the SDM 100, has acquired the accounts of ERMC Security Solutions in Chattanooga, Tenn. This purchase makes the Chattanooga branch the third largest out of ADS Security’s 22 branches.
