TMA Honors David Holl With 2021 Public Sector Award
The Monitoring Association (TMA) presented its 2021 Public Sector Award to David Holl, director of public safety, Lower Allen Township in Camp Hill, Pa. This honor, established in 2015, is presented by TMA to a public safety professional whose contributions have supported the monitoring industry’s mission to protect and save life and property. The award was presented virtually via Zoom at the conclusion of the Spotlight on Public Safety Panel Presentation during its 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting on Tues., Oct. 14, 2021.
“This year, our recipient has demonstrated a selfless commitment to the development of TMA’s latest standard, the Alarm Validation Scoring Standard (TMA AVS-01-2020),” said TMA Past President Don Young in presenting the award. “The role of public safety in this initiative cannot be underestimated by any measure. Not only has this year’s recipient dedicated personal knowledge, experience, and expertise, but has additionally proactively recruited additional professional resources to commit to the advancement of this groundbreaking standard.”
