Micro Key Software, Kissimmee, Fla., conducted a web seminar earlier this year in order to gather information from existing customers on how best to enhance the company’s current products and services and to improve customers’ on-the-job performance and profitability.

The seminar began with a presentation on Micro Key’s current and future development plans. Participants were given the opportunity to send questions via instant message to Micro Key’s team of programmers and software technicians. The last 45 minutes was dedicated to an interactive question-and-answer session, which gave the security professionals an opportunity to voice their opinions and request modifications to the software.
