John Nemerofsky, owner and president of SST, Valley Forge, Pa., a systems integrator, announced a new venture: the formation of Total Search Solutions (TSS) as a premier executive search firm concentrating on the security industry. Based in Newtown, Pa., the company will work with security industry leaders to build teams that will succeed in today’s ever-changing business climate.
