Brink’s Home Security, Irving, Texas, dedicated its alarm monitoring and customer care facility located in Knoxville, Tenn. The facility is staffed with monitoring operators and customer care specialists who respond to alarm signals and inquiries from customers throughout the United States and western Canada.

At the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the National Customer Contact Center (NCCC), local officials joined Brink’s Home Security to dedicate the facility.

The NCCC is a fully redundant facility, complementing Brink’s Home Security’s National Support Center in Irving, Texas.

Optelecom-NKF Inc., Germantown, Md., received a contract fromSaudi Technical Engineering Systems Associated(STESA), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, valued at approximately $800,000 for an advanced video over Internet protocol security and surveillance network to be deployed at an undisclosed location in Saudi Arabia.
