Second Acquisition for ADS Security in Louisville

ADS Security (ADS), a regional electronic security and automation company headquartered in Nashville, Tenn., acquired the customer accounts of A-Sonic Guard Inc. in Louisville, Ky. This marks the eighth acquisition for ADS in 2018.

ADS will service these new customer accounts out of the Louisville office located at 3900 Classified Pl, Louisville, Ky.

A-Sonic Guard customers will have access to the ADS advanced suite of residential and commercial services, including a mobile app and online web portal, smart home technologies, video surveillance and access control solutions. Additionally, ADS has a private monitoring center located in Nashville where customers can call and speak to a live person, 24/7/365.
