Classic Fire Protection and FCFP, two Ontario-based providers in fire and life safety services and solutions, will merge and unite under a new name, Classic Fire + Life Safety Inc.

Ava, a unified security company, today announced the completion of the merger between Jazz Networks, a cybersecurity insider threat detection and response company, and Vaion, an end-to-end video security provider.
