ADT recently released a fun Halloween spot to help customers and potential new clients get into the holiday mood.

In their segment “Tales from the Call Logs”, which features select scenarios the inbound call center team have received, we hear a real-life dispatch between a mother, Katie, and ADT customer service representative, Xavier. Katie’s nine-year old son has recently developed a fear of ghosts and Katie asks ADT if they can reassure him that he’s safe thanks to ADT’s “Ghost Detector 5000”, which specifically handles ghost monitoring.
