Panasonic released two iPRO SmartHD 360-deg. panoramic 3.0 megapixel dome cameras, the WV-SF438 for indoor use and the WV-SW458 for outdoor. Both sport a low-profile design and allow virtual pan-tilt-zoom operation that requires no motor and enables the cameras to be placed in smaller spaces than traditional PTZ cameras. Additional features include full 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second, distortion correction and multiple transmission modes. Both also provide intelligent features, such as face detection, privacy zone masking and the ability to be controlled via smartphone.
