Active UTP Transceiver Hubs

Altronix is exhibiting its next generation of active UTP transceiver hubs here at ISC West. Featuring advanced technology to deliver exceptional video at an amazing price, Altronix said, HubWayEX 16- and 32-port units facilitate the transmission of groups of four video signals over each CAT5 cable. A single port unit is also available. The hubs contains features that include automatic picture and gain control with video polarity compensation, and models that provide integral isolated camera power.

“The new HubWayEX Series was designed to meet the growing demand to transmit high-quality video over long distances using inexpensive twisted pair CAT5 cable from a centralized location,” said Alan Forman, president of Altronix.
