Honeywell has acquired Vindicator Technologies Inc., Austin, Texas, a developer and manufacturer of integrated electronic security systems for government, corrections and industrial markets. “Vindicator has very specialized technology, strong expertise, and products that protect many of the world’s most critical assets,” said Ben Cornett, president of Honeywell Security. “This will extend Honeywell’s broad range of offerings in high-end protection and homeland security.”
