Initial Electronics, Alsip, Ill., a subsidiary of Rentokil Initial plc, has acquired Integrated Security Systems Ltd. (ISS), Danbury, Conn., a full-service integrator of electronic security and fire safety systems. ISS provides services to numerous Fortune 500 companies, as well as many educational and health care facilities in the United States.

“ISS’s commitment to quality and maintaining very high standards fits well with the Initial Electronics culture, and their presence in the Northeast complements our expansion plans,” commented Kevin Robison, Initial Electronics’ president. “I look forward to working with John Colley and Gerard Costello, the two previous owners, who will continue to manage the business in the Northeast.”
