Answer to What’s Wrong with This?

Wally's problem is caused by the jumper he installed between terminals C and D. Wally should remove the jumper, as shown in this diagram, and re-test the system. One should only install the jumper when using the A and B terminals for externally powered local notification devices. The green and white wires were used in conjunction with the ADEMCO 355 delay module to provide an entry/exit loop.
