surveillance industry with the STC-CCTV, a single-channel in-line coax surge
protection device that protects analog CCTV cameras from lightning strikes and
electrical surges. The devices stop an electrical surge before it travels
through a network and potentially damages an entire security system. Designed
in accordance with NFPA 780, with up to 20kA of surge current capability, the
STC-CCTV provides superior protection by implementing a three-stage hybrid
technology. Installed in minutes using standard BNC connectors at the input and
output, STC-CCTV devices can be used at the camera end or head end. Models are
backed by a five-year warranty.
