NTC Opens Conference to U.S. Troops

National Training Center (NTC) started the “Train the Troops” program in 2008. Train the Troops is a free program offered to recently discharged military service personnel to train them for careers in the low-voltage industry.

During the National Training Conference 2012, NTC will offer free conference seats to specially selected and qualified troops, an initiative SDM is proud to sponsor, along with Gentex, Space Age, Interlogix, Alarmax, Coleman Cable Inc., and Uplink.

NTC’s National Training Conference is scheduled for February 6 and 7, 2012 in Las Vegas at Aliante Station – Hotel & Casino. This event is focused on fire alarm and is designed for the fire alarm professional. The spotlight of this conference is training and will encompass NICET Fire Alarm Preparation and Fire Alarm System Design in-depth training.
