Akron Hardware, Akron, Ohio, has opened its third distribution center. The new facility in Bartlett, Tenn., along with existing facilities in Ohio and Arizona, will enable the distributor of architectural hardware and security products to provide two-day UPS ground service to 90 percent of the continental United States.

The 12,000-square-foot Tennessee distribution center will be fully stocked with an extensive variety of products. The Tennessee location, like the Ohio and Arizona facilities, will be able to ship orders placed by 5 p.m. the same day.
