AMAG Technology, Torrance, Calif., continues to expand the range of third-party security products that integrate with the AMAG physical access control platform. AMAG announced the addition of Dedicated Micros to AMAG’s growing list of DVR technology partners. All of AMAG’s access control systems support the Dedicated Micros digital video multiplex recording (DVMR) option with the release of AMAG version 4.02 software last month.

The new AMAG-Dedicated Micros integration will enable users to deliver higher levels of security by centralizing video surveillance management and alarms monitoring through the AMAG access control system software interface.

AMAG users will be able to view live, playback, and backup video for real-time event monitoring, as well as download and transmit digitally signed images to appropriate authorities for investigation.
