American Alarm and Communications Inc., Arlington, Mass., has welcomed Joseph Gilligan to the company’s commercial sales team. Gilligan is a 14-year veteran in the security industry with experience in the design and sale of intrusion, fire, card access and video surveillance systems. He holds a degree in business administration and marketing from Wagner College, New York City, and more recently has completed technology training at the Pelco Video Institute in New York.
