ASB Honors GE Security
GE Infrastructure, Security received the Associated Services for the Blind’s (ASB) Louis Braille Corporate award. The security company achieved the organization’s recognition by addressing the needs of individuals who are blind and visually impaired.
GE Security offers a Simon security system with voice confirmation responses and a Braille keypad overlay and user manual.
ASB honored the company during its 45th annual Louis Braille awards ceremony in Philadelphia. During the ceremony, GE received a Web accessibility certificate from the National Federation of the Blind (NFB) for providing full and equal access to its Web site for blind and visually impaired users.
