New this year were awards recognizing excellence in projects in categories such as lighting, multi-room audio, security, climate, green and retrofit.

The firm named Abt Electronics & Appliances in Glenview, Ill., as its Dealer of the Year for 2010 and the Control4 Tech Support Choice award went to The SOHO Shop of St. Charles, Mo.
