Criticom International, Irvine, Calif., is offering a cash loan up-front to a dealer who signs a multiyear monitoring agreement for accounts moved to and monitored with Criticom. The cash advance incentive program (CAIP) is available to security alarm dealers who are not currently monitoring all their accounts with Criticom.

The principal amount of the loan will be waived over the period of the monitoring agreement. At the conclusion of the monitoring agreement, all accrued interest also will be waived. The amount of the loan advanced will be determined by the term of the monitoring agreement and the number of subscribers being monitored.

There are no restrictions or stipulations as to how the dealer uses the cash received, whether for personal or business purposes.
