DICE Establishes Users List Server to Improve Communication

In the spirit of a continuous effort to improve customer service and communication with its customer base, DICE Corp., Bay City, Mich., has established a list server for its users. The DICE Users Communication List is available for DICE clients to provide feedback to DICE Corp. as well as share ideas and communicate with their peers. Users can subscribe to the list at http://mail.dicecorp.com/mailman/ listinfo/users.

The DICE Users List was fashioned per the request of DICE clients at the users meeting during ISC West 2004 in Las Vegas. “A recurring theme in Las Vegas this year was that our users wanted to communicate more with each other to share ideas, and with us to offer feedback. We’re hoping that the DICE Users List will be a new medium for that communication, as well as provide our company with input on how to improve our services for the customer base,” said Jenn (Urbaniak) Shemanski, assistant director of operations.

For more information on the DICE Users List, contact Jenn Shemanski via e-mail at jenns@dicecorp.com or by telephone at (989) 891-2950.
