Currently, 29 states have passed specific carbon monoxide
(CO) detector legislation, and more are considering new legislation or updates
to existing laws, according to
“The CO detection landscape is constantly changing, so it can be very difficult to keep up. But knowing the codes and laws can be a big advantage for our customers,” said Richard Roberts, industry affairs manager for System Sensor and Honeywell Life Safety. “So we developed tools and training to help.”
