Safeguard Makes Two Purchases
Safeguard Security and Communications, Scottsdale, Ariz., has purchased R&M Security, Mesa, Ariz., as part of a plan to continue the company’s expansion.
Under the agreement, Safeguard will monitor and service 900 residential clients in the Phoenix metropolitan area, bringing the company’s client base to more than 13,500 installations throughout Arizona and New Mexico.
