Secure networked card printer for high volume

The DTC550 provides secure networked card printing for medium to large corporations, universities, hospitals and state or local government agencies where volume is high. With an optional Ethernet port and internal print server, the DTC550 can be installed on a LAN. Its print driver provides bi-directional status information over the network, so the printer/encoder can be monitored and managed like any other networked printer. Optional Print Security software helps control printer access and use. A card lamination module can be installed at the factory or upgraded in the field. The unit also features encoding that allows it to read/write up to three smart card technologies plus magnetic stripe in one pass. Fargo Electronics Inc.
