Speeding Dispatch Electronically

The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) brought leaders of public safety organizations to its annual meeting to build cooperation and to unveil progress in its new efficiency initiative. Pam Petrow, senior vice president of the information services group of Vector Security, Pittsburgh, spearheads an association project to increase accuracy and decrease response time of central stations by delivering dispatch data electronically to responding agencies.
