Netwatch Unveils Web App to Support Mobility & Remote Operations

With the new app, dealers can manage sites from anywhere and at any time. Dealers can verify location and system status, update arming and disarming schedules, and modify critical contacts from a single solution. The app also delivers a rich user experience for the end user, providing a clean, modern UI experience where security leaders can quickly and intuitively manage situations and settings on demand.

New features include system health checks to continuously monitor all connected equipment; the ability to log in and view PVM-enabled sites; the ability to track the status of service requests; and streamlined audit logs that exceed compliance requirements across a variety of industries.
