Aux 8 is an input/output board designed to expand the footprint of PDK systems by extending support to auxiliary devices that require control and monitoring. Door position sensors, motion sensors, alarm intrusion sensors, elevator controls, push buttons and more can be connected to the board’s eight inputs and eight outputs through wet or dry contact relays to create a more comprehensive, site-wide solution. It can also connect to electric strikes and mag locks, bringing access control to doors that don’t require a reader. Built with PDK Red technology, Aux 8 has built-in Ethernet connectivity and self-discovery to simplify IP configuration and functionality.
