Security Information System Inc. (SIS) has developed the Telephone Access Module for its central station software, ALARM CENTER for Windows. The telephone access module (TAM) allows password-protected access to the accounts you designate in the ALARM CENTER mnitoring/dispatch module via a Touch Tone telephone. Installers, dealers and technicians in the field can place an account on test, send signals and retrieve signal history without talking to a dispatcher. TAM reduces operator workload and the possibility of operator error while improving central station efficiency. Security Information System Inc.
