Train the Trainer Program from SIA

The Security Industry Association (SIA), Alexandria, Va., continues to conduct its Central Station Operator/Instructor Train-the-trainer Program this summer and fall. The program can help to quickly identify competency levels of new employees, improve the morale and effectiveness of operators, reduce employee turnover, and improve communications. Additionally, the program can help to better prepare for emergencies, understand legal issues, and combat false alarms.
Program attendees will learn instructional skills to teach groups and individuals, effective use of lesson plans and training aids, presentation strategies, and more.
