CANASA Formulates New Strategic Directions

The board of directors of the Canadian Security Association (CANASA), in Laval, Quebec, have approved a new five-year strategic plan, including a new vision and mission. Its aim is to better position CANASA to meet the needs of a dynamic, fast-growing and complex industry.
The theme of the plan is, “Future Forward: Leadership, Professionalism and Growth.†The organizations’s new vision is: “CANASA will be the recognized voice of Canadian Security Professionals.â€
This vision is supported by CANASA’s new mission: “CANASA advocates, educates and provides leadership to our members in a self-regulated environment of Canadian Security Professionals.â€
