Horgan was president of Horgan Sales and Service Inc. until Jan. 1, 2007 when he became an owner of H&S Protection Systems Inc., a newly merged company consisting of Horgan and Sentra Protective Systems Inc., Waukesha, Wis.
The immediate past president of the Wisconsin Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (WBFAA), Horgan has also served as an NBFAA board of director and has chaired the WBFAA’s Alarm Response Management Committee. He currently serves on the NBFAA Industry Affairs Committee. In 2005, NBFAA honored Horgan with the Chartered State Association President of the Year Award.
