Micro Key Solutions, Kissimmee, Fla., a software solutions provider for the security alarm industry, celebrated its 25-year anniversary with nearly 100 Millennium Series™ users at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Fla., Feb. 23-26. As it has for the past 25 years, Micro Key kept its customers first, presenting introductions and explanations of all the newest software generated from customer feedback at the last user conference, running a hands-on training track and offering a training lab for the duration of the conference, and listening to customer feedback on what changes and updates would help meet their needs.


The conference, which has been held since 1994, gathers end users, prospects and business partners together for collaboration and learning. The entire event is designed to help Micro Key’s customers manage their back office operations, control their businesses, and succeed in maximizing their potential.


Karen Sullivan, Fleenor Security Systems, Knoxville, Tenn., has attended the last three user conferences, and she has always noticed how effectively Micro Key takes the suggestions and comments gathered and integrates them into the next round of upgrades.
