ADI, Melville, N.Y., expanded its North American footprint with two new branch locations, North Houston, Texas and Grand Rapids, Mich.
Based on growing demand from its dealer and integrator customer base, ADI undertook a comprehensive market study to analyze its current locations, customers’ locations, a wide variety of market demographics and its customers’ travel times to reach ADI branches. Once the company had compiled this data, it then built a statistical model to determine the best way to continue to improve customer service at its branch network. The North Houston and Grand Rapids locations represent the first step in enhancing service to ADI’s customers, the company said.
The new branches are fully operating, completely stocked and officially open for business. Each features interactive product displays and dedicated on-site training and event space, and is staffed by a knowledgeable sales team.
“The opening of these new locations is significant to ADI, as it supports our growth efforts and strengthens our commitment to provide value to our customers,” said Michael Flink, president of ADI Americas. “We are very excited to open our doors at these new locations, and we look forward to opening several more branches over the next few years.”
With the addition of these two new locations, ADI now operates 99 sales branches across North America. In addition, the company also has a total of nine hub facilities that house inventory to ensure local branches are fully stocked.
