The Entry Alert Chime (STI-32600) from Safety Technology International (STI) offers 13 selectable sounds and chimes can be installed by mounting the small transmitter and magnet to any door and plugging the remote receiver unit into any 120 VAC 60 Hz outlet. When a monitored door is opened, the Entry Alert sends a signal to the receiver announcing an entrance with the melody or tone selected. The chime operates up to 150 ft. and includes one, 6 V alkaline battery. Users can distinguish between front and back doors by adding transmitters and selecting a different tune on each. To hear the chime in more than one location, additional receivers can be purchased and placed in multiple rooms.
