G4S to Upgrade Security System for Nation’s Largest Ferry Service
Systems integration and project management company G4S Technology (formerly Adesta), Omaha, Neb., has won a contract to provide security system upgrades for the Washington State Department of Transportation Ferries Division.
Under the $3.8 million contract, G4S will install Milestone’s XProtect corporate video management software. CNL’s IPSecurity Center will serve as the physical security information management system, integrating various security components into one interoperable command and control center with a common user interface. Additional updates include a new AMAG Symmetry access control system, which will be Transportation Workers Identification Credential capable.
