PCSC, based in Torrance, Calif., entered into a strategic partnership with Maxxess Systems Inc., based in Yorba Linda, Calif. This partnership resulted in the development of LiNC-XS™, a flexible, enterprise-class access control offering. It utilizes a powerful set of security system integration solutions to provide flexibility and control over a facility’s security infrastructure, the company reported, adding that reduced overall operating costs are achieved through seamless integration and system reliability.
LiNC-XS for Windows® Server provides the power to customize complete access control systems to specific needs without requiring advanced technical expertise, according to PCSC. Applications include multi-tenant office buildings, universities, hospitals, manufacturing facilities and more.
LiNC-XS is an open-architecture application, enabling flexible security management implementations with multitasking support. End users can manage cardholders, analyze reports, print badges, monitor door access, receive system alerts and mobile alerts, collect time-and-attendance data, and monitor video. LiNC-XS has been designed to fully integrate with PCSC’s complete line of IQ Series controllers, while future releases will support the patented Fault Tolerant Controller.
“Maxxess has developed a superior application that complements our quality hardware solutions,” said Al Portal, director of sales – Americas for PCSC.
