Complete Home Security and Services Joins Guardian’s Growing Authorized Dealer Program

alvarez_sheaGuardian Protection Services, Warrendale, Pa., announced that Complete Home Security and Services of Fresno, California, joined its authorized dealer program. Complete Home markets to the California Central Valley and will expand its coverage via the opening of a second office in Visalia, located 40 miles south of Fresno, within the next 30 days.

Complete Home Security and Services was founded in 2011 by David Shea, president and CEO, and Javier Alavarez, partner and CFO. Both Shea and Alvarez have a lengthy history in the security industry, Shea with 15 years’ experience and Alvarez with six years’ experience, following a career in the banking industry. The firm has witnessed annual double-digit growth each year.

As part of its growth strategy, Complete Home has hired two direct marketing specialists and plans to leverage a variety of promotional methods, including a brand building effort in the communities it serves and increased efforts in promoting home automation services.

“We are in a relatively small geographic area. Our goal has been and will continue to be, doing things in a quality manner and operating in an ethical fashion,” said Shea. “Concurrent to this is our goal to create a business environment that fosters a legacy for the future and allows us and our employees the opportunity to grow and be profitable.”

According to Shea, two key features that attracted them to the Guardian dealer program were the accessibility of Guardian’s senior leadership and the manner in which Guardian services its customers, specifically in the precise delegation of roles and responsibilities. 

He stated, “The way the company operates in its delegation of tasks is such that there is no ‘bleed over’; calls are directed to subject matter experts within the company. We liked this feature because we felt that it would provide our customers better service for both the short and the long term.”

Brian Helt, vice-president of the Guardian authorized dealer program, expressed confidence in its new dealer. “They are a conservative organization and they are seeking a long-term partnership. We like that they want to own their zip codes and focus on providing quality product and service to their customers. Quite simply, our goals are aligned. I’d like to have 10 more dealers just like them.”
