IP Communicator Provides Fully Encrypted Alarm Signal Transport
Honeywell’s 7847i-E Enterprise Communicator securely transports subscribers to monitoring stations using LAN or point-to-point connections. This communicator is compatible with most manufacturers’ control panels. Designed for enterprise-wide, private network applications — government, buildings, banks, retail businesses and college campuses — the 7847i-E communicates directly with Honeywell’s 7810iR-ENT and 7810PC Internet Receivers. In addition, it installs behind firewalls without compromising network security, using 256-bit or 1,024-bit encryption with two-way authentication and no key exchange.
